Before we start we want to recommend you to create a shortcut to our page on your screen. This makes our webpage act as an an app on your phone.

How to create a shortcut on my home screen

Here’s how to create an “app” for our website on your device, allowing you to access us directly from your home screen.

Android (Samsung and others)

  1. Open Chrome.
  2. Go to Los Angeles Padel and choose your preferred language.
  3. Tap the menu icon (3 dots in upper right-hand corner) and tap Add to home screen.
  4. Choose a name for the shortcut, then Chrome will add it to your home screen.

iPhone or iPad

  1. Open Safari. Other browsers, such as Chrome, won’t work for this.
  2. Go to Los Angeles Padel and choose your preferred language.
  3. Tap the Share button on the bottom of the page. It looks like a square with an arrow pointing out of the top.
  4. In the list of options that appear, scroll down until you see Add to Home Screen. Tap this. The Add to Home Screen dialog box will appear.
  5. Choose a name for the website shortcut on your home screen. You’ll see the link so you can confirm it, as well as the site’s favicon that will appear as the “app” icon on your home screen.
  6. Click Add when you’re done. Safari will close automatically and you will be taken to where the icon is located on your iPhone’s or iPad’s home screen.
  7. Now just tap the new “app” or shortcut on your home screen, and it will open the website in its own navigation window, independent of what you have open in Safari.

How to make a reservation

Only days and hours marked in green can be reserved.

Here is how to make a reservation.

  1. Go to the service that you want to reserve.
  2. Click the “make a reservation button”.
  3. Choose the service that you want to reserve. Then click “next step”.
  4. Choose an available (green) date and time then click “next step”.
  5. If you are a new customer fill in your customer information, choose a password and then click “next step”.
  6. If you already have an account click “I already have an account”, fill in your email and password, click the “log me in button” and then click “next step”.
  7. Fill in your credit card information (your name, card number, expiry date and CVC-code). Then click “submit”.
  8. You will now see your booking confirmation which will also be sent to you by e-mail.

How to see and change a reservation

You can reschedule or cancel your reservations.

Here is how to reschedule or cancel a reservation.

  1. Go to the client account page and log in using your e-mail and choosen password.
  2. You will now see your bookings.
  3. You can reschedule or cancel your bookings by clicking on the links (minimum of 6 hours before they start).
  4. Cancellations must be made a minimum of 6 hrs before your start time. The cancellation fee is 50 cents (card fees). For cancellations made less than 24 hrs before the start time the cancellation is is 50% of the booking price.
  5. You can reschedule your booking in your client account up until 6 hours before the start time without any fees.

How to use a coupon code

Here is how you use a coupon code to discount the price for your booking.

  1. Follow the normal steps of the booking process until you get to the payment stage (see the “How to make a reservation” section for more information).
  2. On the card payment screen click the “Have a cupon code” link.
  3. Input your cupon code and then click the OK button. Now click the “Submit” button and proceed as normal.

How to recreate your password

You can recreate a lost password.

Here is how to recreate a forgotten password if you cannot log in.

  1. Go to the client account page.
  2. Click the “forgot password” link.
  3. Fill in the email address that you used to create the account. Then click “submit”.
  4. Go to your e-mail and copy the password key that was sent to you.
  5. Go back to the client account page and click the “I already have a key” link.
  6. Fill in (paste) the secret key, choose a new password and confirm the new password. Then click “save password”.

Problems and solutions

Are you having problems?

If you are experiencing problems with a website, one of the first things you should do is clear your phone/browser’s  cache, cookies, and history. Here is how to do it:

  1. Make sure that you are using the correct email and password.
  2. Clear your phone/browser’s  cache, cookies, and history using the guide below.

iPhone, iPod Touch, iPad

  1. From the home screen, tap Settings, and then tap Safari.
  2. At the bottom of Safari’s settings screen, tap the buttons for Clear Cookies and Clear Cache. To
    confirm, tap Clear Cookies or Clear Cache again.
  3. After clearing your browser’s cache and cookies, exit your browser completely before attempting to access the site again.

To clear history

  1. From the home screen, tap Safari.
  2. At the bottom of the screen, tap the Bookmarks icon.
  3. In the lower left, tap Clear.
  4. Tap Clear History.

Android (Samsung and others)

  1. Start your browser.
  2. Tap Menu, and then tap More.
  3. Select Settings.
  4. Under “Privacy settings”, select clear cache, clear history, or clear all cookie data as
    appropriate, and then tap OK to accept.
  5. After clearing your browser’s cache and cookies, exit your browser completely before attempting to access the site again.
