If you are a racket sport venue, trainer, shop or event organizer you have something that our family needs. And we want you onboard!

What we have to offer is a service platform that helps you plan, market, sell, provide and manage your services in a professionell and time saving manner.

There are two programs available. You can become a Partner or a Teammate. It´s really simple:

1. If you don´t have a webpage with an online booking system you should become a Partner.
2. If you already have a webpage with an online booking system you should become a Teammate.

What you get as a Partner

As partners we play together. If you win, we win.

Our partner program increases your number of bookings and decreases your administrative work. This is how it works:

1. Our team creates a unique booking webpage for you.
2. On your booking page your customers can find, book and pay for your services. There is no need to download, register and learn any app. Simplicity is key!
3. Your page is translated into 5 languages. This opens your business up to the international clientele.
4. You get featured marketing on the pistas365.com portal. This helps new clients find your business.
5. Your page is search engine optimized. This brings in clients from Google Search.
6. You get a web-based management system where you can monitor and manage your services, bookings and clients.
7. Your clients get´s their own customer page where they can login to see and manage their bookings. This leads to customer loyalty.
8. When a booking is made the customer gets a confirmation email. The day before their activity they get a reminder. This leads to less missed visits.
9. You get unlimited website hosting, updates and support from your personal account manager.

How much does it cost?

As a partner you pay 99 cents (+VAT) per booking. That is it! You pay nothing to get set up. You pay no monthly fees or any other hidden costs.

We do not lock you up into anything. If you decide to quit you can do that at the end of any calendar month.

Getting started as a partner is really easy. All you need to do is to fill in the form at the bottom of this page. Our team will contact you shortly.

To be set up as a partner takes between 7-30 days. This is how the process normally works:

1. The first thing we do for future partners is that we set you up a demo page (day 1-3).
2. When your page is set up we send you a link so that you can see and try your solution on the screen (day 4-7).
3. When you have tested your demo page we work together to adapt your solution to fit your specific needs (day 8-14).
4. When we agree that your page looks great and works perfectly you take some time to get to know the system (day 15-21). We will be there to help out.
5. Finally we go live (day 22-30). We have a plan for how that is done so don´t worry. We will get to that.

If you, at any stage of this five step plan, feel that this is not for you all you need to do is to tell us to cancel. There is no cost involved.

Our billing starts from the day that your site is live. Our fee is based on the number of performed bookings on your site. At the end of each month we send you an invoice for the past month.

What you get as a Teammate

As a Teammate you normally have your own booking webpage up and running. That´s great! 

What we do for our Teammates is help them get more bookings. This is how it works:

1. Our team creates a unique information webpage for you.
2. Your page is translated into 5 languages. This opens your business up to the international clientele.
3. Your page is search engine optimized. This brings in clients from Google Search.
4. We add your business to the pistas365.com portal.
5. When our users are looking for a venue, trainer, activities or a shop in your area your business shows up in our search results.
6. When our user clicks on your business they are sent to your website and can make their booking.
7. With this solution we help our clients find what they are looking for and you get more bookings. It´s a win-win situation.
8. As a Teammate you pay a fixed fee of 99€ per quarter. That is it. How many extra bookings a month do you need to cover that cost?
